There is a tremendous difference between Ukrainian experience and the British one. A leading British tobacco-control organization ASH in its report on the use of e-cigarettes in the UK in 2010-2019, notes that prevalence of smoking among adults aged 18+ decreased by 5.4 percentage points from 2011 till 2018. In 2011, 19.8% (7.7 million) of adults smoked, in 2017 - 14.9% (6.1 million), and in 2018 (5.9 million) - 14.4%.
